Spicy Turkey Spaghetti

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cans cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 c. cooked turkey meat, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium size bag thin spaghetti noodles
  • Parmesan cheese or bread crumbs

Directions

    Heat the milk, soup and tomatoes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling.

    Add turkey, along with salt and pepper to taste.

    Continue heating for several minutes on low heat.

    In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pour sauce over cooked noodles.

    Top with Parmesan cheese or bread crumbs; bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes.
