- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. cream sherry
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. fresh strawberries
- 2 c. watermelon balls
- 1 1/2 c. honeydew balls
- 1 1/2 c. cantaloupe balls
- 1 medium pear, thinly sliced
- 1 c. quartered plums
- 1 c. fresh pineapple chunks
Directions

1Combine water, sherry and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

2Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and set aside to cool completely.

4Combine remaining ingredients in a large glass bowl.

5Pour sherry mixture over fruit; cover and chill at least 2 hours.
