  • 1 - 8oz light cream cheese
  • 1 - 14oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 8 oz fresh spinach steamed and chopped
  • 1/4 C mayonaise
  • 1/4 C parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 C romano cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 C mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • pepper

    cream cheese, mayo, 2 cheeses and spices

    add artichokes and spinach

    put in baking dish and top with mozzarella

    bake 350C 25 mins or until brown

    serve with tortilla chips or crackers
