  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed chopped spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (seasoned)
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together well.

    Shape into walnut-sized balls and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Can be made ahead and frozen.
