- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. seasoned herb stuffing mix
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach; squeeze dry.

2Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl with spinach.

3Cover; chill for 2 hours. Form into 1-inch balls.

4(May be frozen at this point.)

5Place on cookie sheet.

6Bake for 30 minutes in a 300° oven.

7Makes about 2 1/2 to 3 dozen balls.
