  • 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen, chopped spinach, drained, not cooked
  • 2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (herbal)
  • 1 medium size onion, chopped
  • 4 medium size eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. margarine (light)
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix all together.

    Make small balls (teaspoonful).

    Should make about 65 to 75 balls.

    Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes on cookie sheet.
