- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Mix well.

2Chill for 1/2 hour in refrigerator.

3Form into small balls.

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.

5Do not let them brown too much as they may dry out.

6They can be made ahead and frozen.
