  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained well (squeeze by hand)
  • 2 pkg. cornbread dressing
  • 1 large onion
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 stick melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent

Directions

    Mix all and refrigerate 1 hour.

    Shape into small balls and freeze on cookie sheets.

    They can be stored

    in plastic bags. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
