  • 2 pkg (10 oz.) frozen spinach, chopped, thawed & drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. each, garlic salt, pepper & Accent

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well. Chill for an hour or so.

    Form into balls.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Serve with toothpicks.
