Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. oleo, melted
  • 1 large onion, sauteed in oleo
  • 2 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach, cooked and drained completely
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Refrigerate at least one hour. Roll into balls and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
