  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. herb stuffing mix
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Cook spinach according to directions.

    Remove liquid and squeeze.

    Combine rest of ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Let stand 15 minutes (will be soft).

    Form into balls.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325°.

    Put on greased cookie sheet.
