  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach (frozen), cooked and drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • garlic to taste
  • black olives, pepperoni, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together (chill). Shape into balls. Place Spinach Balls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
