  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach.

    Mix all ingredients together and form balls and freeze on tray.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
