Spinach Balls

  • 2 pkg. spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well. Roll into walnut sized balls. Freeze on cookie sheets.

    After frozen, store in freezer bags. Bake frozen 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
