- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 3 c. Stove Top stuffing
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 2 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach 5 minutes in microwave; drain well.

2Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients.

3Make one-inch balls.

4Arrange on 2 plates and cook in microwave for 3 minutes each plate.

5Be sure to cover while cooking.

6These may be frozen and cooked, a few at a time, as needed.
