  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Mix together cooked and well-drained spinach with all other ingredients.

    Chill overnight.

    Roll into walnut-size balls and lay single on baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Makes about 50 balls.
