  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1/2 small onion, diced (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • garlic powder to taste
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Cook spinach to thaw and drain.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Chill 2 hours. Roll into balls.

    Refrigerate until ready to use. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until browned.
