- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 box cornbread stuffing mix (Stove Top)
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3/4 c. oleo, melted
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Cook spinach as per instructions; drain well and squeeze until dry.

2Mix spinach and remaining ingredients.

3Make 1 1/2-inch diameter balls.

4Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes at 350°.

5If freezing, freeze before baking.
