  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 box cornbread stuffing mix (Stove Top)
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3/4 c. oleo, melted
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Cook spinach as per instructions; drain well and squeeze until dry.

    Mix spinach and remaining ingredients.

    Make 1 1/2-inch diameter balls.

    Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes at 350°.

    If freezing, freeze before baking.
