- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, cooked, drained and squeezed dry
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 3 to 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped very fine
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients together.

3Chill several hours (2 to 3).

4Shape into walnut size balls. Bake for 20 minutes.

5Serve hot.

6Spinach balls may be frozen before baking.
