  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small pkg. chicken flavored Stove Top dressing

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions and drain.

    Add butter, cheese and dressing mix and add beaten eggs.
  3. 3
    Let stand for a couple of hours to let crumbs absorb moisture.

    Make into balls.

    Put on cookie sheet and freeze.

    Store in plastic bag. When ready to use, take out the amount needed, arrange on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
