  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm bread dressing mix

Directions

    Mix together and chill until you can roll into balls.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

    You can make these ahead and roll into balls and freeze.

    Put them in Ziploc bags for later use.
  5. 5
    You can take them right out of the freezer and bake at the same temperature and time as fresh.
