- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm bread dressing mix
Directions

1Mix together and chill until you can roll into balls.

2Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

3You can make these ahead and roll into balls and freeze.

4Put them in Ziploc bags for later use.

5You can take them right out of the freezer and bake at the same temperature and time as fresh.
