Ingredients
- 4 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
- 4 c. herb stuffing (Pepperidge Farm; 8 oz. bag)
- 2 large onions, minced
- 8 eggs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach according to recipe and squeeze off all liquid. Mix spinach, stuffing, onions, eggs, cheese, garlic, butter, salt and pepper.

2Chill 2 hours or longer.

3Roll mixture into about 75 balls, 1-inch in diameter.

4Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use.

5Preheat oven to 325°.

6Heat 20 to 25 minutes on cookie sheet before serving.
