  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 6 eggs

Directions

    Cook and chop the frozen spinach; drain well.

    Add Parmesan cheese, stuffing mix, butter and eggs.
  3. 3
    Mix and shape into balls. Put on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
