  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 box Pepperidge Farm onion and garlic croutons
  • 3 or 4 garlic cloves
  • pepper

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Mix cheese and eggs together. Saute onion and garlic.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Make balls the size of meatballs.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
