- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 box Pepperidge Farm onion and garlic croutons
- 3 or 4 garlic cloves
- pepper
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well.

2Mix cheese and eggs together. Saute onion and garlic.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Make balls the size of meatballs.

5Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
