Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked and drained dry
  • 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 3/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Mix together and shape into small balls.

    Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Cook and freeze until solid. Put in bags in freezer.

    Defrost before serving.

    Makes 100 small balls.

    (Can be enjoyed fresh from oven, too.)
