- 2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked and drained dry
- 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 3/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Mix together and shape into small balls.

2Place on cookie sheet.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

4Cook and freeze until solid. Put in bags in freezer.

5Defrost before serving.

6Makes 100 small balls.
