- 2 pkg. chopped spinach
- 1 bag Stove Top stuffing mix (use stick of butter)
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain well.

2Prepare stuffing mix as directed (except butter).

3Mix together and add remaining ingredients.

4Let sit in fridge until well chilled.

5Roll into small balls and bake on cookie sheets (greased) at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.

6Makes 60 to 80 balls.
