  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen spinach, squeezed dry
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 extra large extra large eggs, beaten with fork
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

    Mix with hands.

    Shape into small balls.

    Place on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake in 350° oven 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
