Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. (2 cans) water chestnuts, chopped
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted oleo
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • dash of Accent
  • Tabasco to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with hands.

    Chill 1 hour and then form into 1-inch balls.

    Place on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Yield:

    6 to 7 dozen. Freezes well.

    Place on cookie sheet and freeze before baking.
