Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. (2 cans) water chestnuts, chopped
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. melted oleo
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. pepper
- dash of Accent
- Tabasco to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with hands.

2Chill 1 hour and then form into 1-inch balls.

3Place on greased cookie sheet.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Yield:

66 to 7 dozen. Freezes well.

7Place on cookie sheet and freeze before baking.
