  • 190 grams plan flour
  • tsp Baking powder
  • 50 grams Cocoa powder
  • 200 grams Light brown sugar
  • 125 grams butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 ml Milk
  • 1 A large shared bag of mint aero bubbles

    Grease and line the slow cooker bowl

    Mix the flour baking powder and cocoa powder in a large bowl

    Creme the butter with sugar then add the eggs slowly mixing after each addition

    Add the milk and whisk until smooth

    Fold in the flour mixture

    Pour the cake batter into this slow cooker bowl

    Add about half the mint aero bubbles a scattering them over top

    Put the lid on and turn the slow cooker on to high
  9. 9
    Cook 2 3 hours on high untill firm after a hour add in the remaining areo
