  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, frozen
  • 1 c. seasoned stuffing mix (not cubes)
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain.

    Combine other ingredients and mix well.

    Roll into bite-sized small balls.

    Place on cookie sheet and freeze.

    Store in plastic bags.

    Bake frozen 10 minutes at 350°.
