Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix together in large bowl.

    Shape into small balls and freeze on cookie sheet.

    When frozen, store in Baggies.

    Cook frozen at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Serve hot as appetizer.
