Broccoli Corn Bake

  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, frozen and chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. cracker crumbs (6 crackers)
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Cook and drain broccoli.

    Add corn, egg, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, onion, 2 Tbsp. butter, salt, and pepper.

    Turn into 1 qt. casserole.

    Combine 1/4 c. cracker crumbs and 1 Tbsp. butter. Sprinkle over top.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
