Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked, chopped and well drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing mix
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 large onions, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley

Directions

    Mix well and form in small balls.

    Place on cookie sheet and freeze.

    Place in plastic bags in freezer until needed.

    Bake frozen in preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes.

    These are perfect with any meal.
