  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Accent
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix and chill.

    Shape into balls 3/4 to 1-inch in diameter. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
