  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, well drained and thawed
  • 1 (8 oz.) container soft cream cheese with herb and garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese (3 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Stir together all ingredients in large bowl until well blended.

    Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Place in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until firm.

    Serve with heated spaghetti sauce, if desired.

    Makes approximately 3 1/2 dozen.
