- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. Parmesan grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme (optional)
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions.

2Drain.

3Squeeze to remove moisture.

4Combine spinach with remaining ingredients. Form into 3/4-inch balls.

5Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 10 dozen balls.
