  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme (optional)

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions.

    Drain.

    Squeeze to remove moisture.

    Combine spinach with remaining ingredients. Form into 3/4-inch balls.

    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 10 dozen balls.
