  • 2 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach
  • 2 c. herb stuffing mix
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • black pepper

    Cook and drain spinach.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Chill the mixture until firm.

    Mold into balls.

    Freeze.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes on foil sprayed with Pam.
