- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, drained well
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
Directions

1Cook spinach as directed; drain well.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Roll into walnut-sized balls.

4Freeze.

5Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

6Makes about 40 spinach balls.

7Serve with breakfast or brunch or as hors d'oeuvres.
