Spinach Balls

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, drained well
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened

Directions

    Cook spinach as directed; drain well.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Roll into walnut-sized balls.

    Freeze.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Makes about 40 spinach balls.
