  • 2 packages (10 Oz. Size) Frozen Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt (optional)
  • 5 whole Eggs, Beaten (or One More If Needed)
  • 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2- 1/4 cups Chicken Stuffing Mix
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
  • 1/2 cups Onions, Finely Chopped

    Thaw the spinach and make sure it is well drained.

    Mix all the seasoning in a small bowl.

    Beat the eggs in a separate medium size bowl.

    In a separate big bowl combine the thawed and well drained spinach, mixed seasonings, eggs, Parmesan cheese and the stuffing mix.
