  • 1 egg
  • 3 fine dice desseded red chili
  • 2 cup breadcrumb
  • 1 cup mix cheese ( mozarella, chedder and parmesan cheese )
  • 4 cup spinach in hot boiling salted water quick blanch and drain spinach

Directions

    quick blanch about 1 minute of spinach in salted water and totally drain it by squeezing excess all water comes to about 4 cups

    put all ingredients in and mix well then shape into golf size balls place on parchment paper
  3. 3
    bake at 180 C for 25 to 30 minute till lightly brown and crispy then serve as it is
