- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine.

2Add spinach (well drained), eggs, onion, cheese and stuffing mix; mix well and chill overnight.

3Form into balls (makes approximately 36 balls).

4Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.

5Very good appetizer.
