- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 3 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain well.

2Squeeze to remove water (very important).

3Combine spinach with remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3/4 to 1-inch balls.

4Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Makes 10 dozen.
