  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 3 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook spinach; drain well.

    Squeeze to remove water (very important).

    Combine spinach with remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3/4 to 1-inch balls.

    Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Makes 10 dozen.
