  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Sift flour.

    Add eggs, milk and butter to flour mixture.

    Add rest of ingredients and stir.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch lightly greased pan. Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    When cold, cut into squares.

    May be frozen.

    Reheat at 325°.
