- 16 oz. spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 3/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 c. sour cream (regular or light)
- 1/2 c. onions, diced
- 1 Tbsp. dill
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spaghetti. In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients together. Add spaghetti; mix well. Place mixture in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350° for 35 minutes and 5 to 10 minutes, uncovered. Slice and serve.
