- 2 9-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2-1/2 c shredded cheese (any kind)
- 1/4 c butter, melted or flaked
- 2 c cottage cheese, drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c flour
Directions

1Thaw and thoroughly drain spinach in colander, mashing down with spoon to extract liquid.

2Mix together flour, butter, salt, and eggs until a paste-like mixture forms.

3Add all ingredients to a 5 qt. crockpot and cook on low for 5 hours.

4Stir occasionally. Salt a pinch if desired.
