  • 3 each potatoes, cubed
  • 1 2/3 lb hot pork sausage
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 2 each chopped green onion
  • 1 bunch kale, chopoed
  • 1 tbsp powdered chicken bullion
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 2 quart 2% milk

Directions

    In stew pot, Brown sausage onions, kale and cubed potatoes.

    Add chicken bullion, seasonings and baking soda.

    Add milk and simmer until slightly thickened.

    Serve with crusty Italian bread.
