- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 3 to 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- Ritz cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach; set aside.

2Melt butter; add cream cheese and heat on warm, stirring, until blended.

3Add lemon juice and mix well.

4Stir spinach into cream cheese mixture and mix well.

5Line bottom of casserole dish with artichoke hearts.

6Layer spinach mixture on top.

7Top with cracker crumbs.

8Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
