   Crush Oreos.

   Let margarine and cream cheese soften.

   Mix milk, sugar and pudding together.

   Mix in Cool Whip, cream cheese and margarine.

   Put aside.

   Line the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with half of the Oreos.

   Pour the filling over this layer evenly. Put the remaining Oreos on top of the filling.

   Let refrigerate for several hours.
