- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- canned French fried onions
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain.

2Mix altogether, saving some of onion to put on top.

3Put in greased casserole; top with buttered bread crumbs.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Top with remaining onion; return to oven for 10 more minutes.
