  • 1 lb. broccoli, coarsely chopped

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
